Product returns are accepted only under the following conditions and within 5 working days:
Only and when:
- You have first consulted with our company.
- Returns are made only through the courier “ELTA Door to Door” or in exceptional cases and only with a written agreement with our company for another means of transport.
- If the product is defective (our transport).
- If by mistake at our own risk, you received a different product than the one you ordered (our transport).
- If by mistake at your own risk, you ordered the wrong product only in consultation with the store and in this case you bear the two-way transport costs.
Under no circumstances will a refund be made except for a replacement of the same product or another of equal value and only as long as the returned item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
WARRANTY TERMS
For products that are warranted, this only applies to technical/manufacturing defects or material failure and not to misuse (eg you bought a non-watertight product and operate it in a wet environment).
The products that are accompanied by this guarantee are valid if the customer brings the product himself or at his own expense to our company or in consultation with us.
In case of damage, the product will be repaired. If it is not repairable, then it will be replaced with a new one. If due to long-term guarantees (2-3 years) the product has stopped being produced, then it will be replaced with the corresponding newer model.
